SHIPPING & RETURN INFORMATION

Red's Fly Shop is committed to completing and shipping your order in a timely and affordable manner.  Most orders received before 2pm Pacific Time are shipped within the same business day.

DOMESTIC RATES (Continental US via UPS or USPS)
UPS Ground Shipping or USPS 1st Class: FREE!  Most orders will ship via UPS Ground and you will be sent a tracking number upon shipment, small orders such as flies will typically ship via USPS 1st Class.  If you have a preference towards one method or another, please let us know in the comments section of your order.  (We will have to charge for any shipping fees associated with exchanges, sorry) 

2 Day: $20
Overnight: $50

DOMESTIC RATES (Alaska and Hawaii via UPS)*

Flat Rate: $50

*UPS requires expedited shipping to these states.

All Orders: $25

Oversized Items:

Some items are "Oversized" and do not qualify for Free Shipping.  In these cases buyer will pay actual shipping cost.  Most float tubes, pontoon boats, oars, etc. fall into this category.

Duties and Taxes
International orders are not subject to US taxes.  However, it is possible that import duties will be applied by the country of final destination.  The recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes and other fees.  Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country.  Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

If you would like your order shipped via another carrier (ie. USPS, FedEx, DHL) please contact us for availability and current rates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Red's stands behind a customer satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy with the product's quality or condition, you may return it as long as it is new condition and can be resold.   In the event that it does not fit or you have second thoughts - you may exchange it, but we will have to back-charge you for the original shipping cost (typically a flat rate of $14.95).

If you plan to make an exchange:

1. Call the fly shop to explain the problem. 
2. For exchanges, the fly shop will charge for original shipping costs (typically a flat rate of $14.95).  This will be taken care of over the phone.
3. After contacting the shop and paying for shipping, send the product with a letter via UPS to:

If you plan to return a product based on failure or quality after being used:

1. Call the fly shop to explain the problem.  Some products need to be returned directly to the manufacturer and we can help with that over the phone.
