VIDEO Bloom's CDC Caddis Emerger CDC Caddis Emerger Dry Fly Like a few other patterns we have, CDC is jokingly called Caddis Crack by a few of our guides, it is that good! This pattern has a very distinct head which gives it much identidy in the current. We use it primarily behind and Elk Hair Caddis, but this fly is somewhat visible in decent lighting so fish it solo especially on picky trout. It doesn't matter too much if this fly sinks as long as you can keep track of it and see the strike. This is a premium Caddis Emerger.
