How do you improve on a Chernobyl Ant? Add some flashy dubbing that gives the fly a nice texture and makes it look a little more "buggy". The dubbing also helps it ride a bit lower in the water and gives it that "easy pickins" effect that big trout seem to single out and respond to. This fly also features a highly visible Poly Yarn wing which keeps it incredibly buoyant and this is one of our favorite patterns to fish in low light or with a dropper nymph underneath.
