This is a great all around fly that fishes in a broad variety of situations.  It has a very "buggy" look with the checkered legs and the elk hair combined with a parachute hackle imitates a massive amount of movement without actually moving the fly.  We find success all summer and fall using this dry fly, in fact, many of our guides ONLY use this fly in the summer!  You will love it. It is an extremely high quality pattern with a great hook and tied from the finest materials.
